As a mother of two girls, I quickly learned just how much wellness shapes the development of our children. In my earlier years as a child educator, I saw how deeply parents worried about their children’s wellbeing, but it wasn’t until I became a mother myself that I truly understood the depth of that concern. I became a worrier—the kind spelt with an ‘o,’ always thinking about every little thing.

My daughters, like so many teenagers, faced challenges that go far beyond the classroom: skin issues, stress, anxiety. I searched for answers but wasn’t happy with the options available. It felt like there was always something missing—something more natural, holistic, and specifically tailored for young people.

That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I joined CNM London and graduated as a Naturopath and Nutrition Therapist, with a single goal in mind: to provide better support for teenagers, starting with my own daughters. From this journey, Onnutri was born—a range of supplements formulated to support teenagers through their most important developmental years.

Our products are made here in the UK, using only natural and organic ingredients, because I believe in giving our children the best that nature has to offer.
