At Onnutri, we harnessed the principles of design thinking to map the intricate journey of teen development, recognising the unique challenges adolescents face and the critical role food supplements play in shaping their path. As both a mother and a Nutritional Therapist, I’ve intimately witnessed the many challenges teenagers face - ranging from stress and anxiety to persistent skin issues. These challenges extend far beyond academics, influencing their overall health, well-being, and future success, both personally and professionally.

I hold a qualification from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) with a specialisation in teenage health and am further advancing my expertise at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) by pursuing a degree in clinical nutrition for young people. I founded Onnutri to apply these principles and lead a supplement brand designed specifically for teenagers. Our formulas are meticulously crafted to support them during these crucial developmental years, using only the highest quality natural and organic ingredients, all proudly produced in the UK.
